The credentials are working, but I don’t know why you cannot connect with the FTP. That’s why I installed the plugin on the website, so you have access to the files.
Over 1 week no solution for your theme who say it is compatible with WooCommerce and Elementor. So do I get a solution that your theme is still working with Elementor and WooCommerce or not?
We have checked your site and the theme header.php file was not called because of the Elementor pro plugin, the default header was created and called using the elementor pro plugin.
Kindly contact the Elementor Pro plugin support to enable the theme default header file. So that the issue can be resolved.
