Hello,
Your support is really really bad! First I needed to buy a new support license for some bugs in your theme which broke my webshop completely. And now I need to wait for more than 6 days for an answer and solution? I expect an answer tomorrow. Please take a look at my mail (from [email protected]). I sent you all credentials and FTP on the 6the of March. Since that day, I’m not able to edit or add products to my shop!! If there is no answer tomorrow, I will file a complaint at Themeforest. This is unacceptable.
