Themes uploaded and its not get completed at all

Hi Support Team

Kindly note that since I purchased the themes its not working with the fully plugins as per the Demo presented during the purchase and even its not showing the default layout .

Tried many times throw WordPress and even direct throw the Cpanel and also I tried with my Hosting Team Developer and still nothing showup .

Appreciate your quick respond because I have urgent work and this should be ready ASAP
