I recently purchased the Invico – Consulting WordPress Theme from ThemeForest and installed it on my website. However, after importing the demo content, I can no longer access my website, and I keep seeing the error message:
“There has been a critical error on this website.”
Additionally, some premium plugins that came with the theme package are requesting a license, but I am unsure where to obtain them. Could you please assist me in resolving these issues as soon as possible?
I would appreciate your urgent support in fixing the critical error and clarifying how to activate the bundled premium plugins.
To upload a plugin to WordPress, you can do the following:
Download the plugin as a zip file from a reputable source
Log in to your WordPress dashboard
Go to Plugins > Add New
Click Upload Plugin
Select the downloaded zip file
Click Install Now
Click Activate to start using the plugin
