First thing is you need to extend my support for 1 month that you didn’t respond. Back to 6 months. I had to contact Envato to get login details. This site is terrible. Why not use the other forum that works?

Theme Issue : Here before we have not met this kind of issue , Kindly, send us your WordPress admin login and FTP login credentials through the right bottom form located @http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes .So that, we will check and have a clear look from our end.

Footer Customization

To customize the display of footer area, on your WordPress dashboard navigate to Appearance > Customize > Site Footer.

There you can modify the layout, background , Typography and upload custom image for your main header background.

Footer Layout

The theme includes different Footer layouts and it easy to switch your footer layout. Simply go to Appearance > Customize > Site Footer I > Layout to select the one you like.

Column Layout – 11 column layouts and 7 footer types are available.
Shortcode Section – You can add any type of shortcode here, for your footer section.
Footer Background

Background Image – Add background image for your footer, also choose background posistion and repeat option for the image.

1 ) Footer Issue : Get into Admin Panel > Footer > There you can edit the footer as per your need – http://prntscr.com/mrufpy

If you have not imported our demo , then here we have added our footer content .

We need to know how to do the header. Nothing is explained.
We want the main menu like it is. Logo at the top….NO TOP BANNER. Phone number and social on the right.

Please also view the footer. Thanks but it doesn’t work like it should. We need the copywrite centered and over the black. Please send code for both header and footer.

Best to redo your instructions for theme.

In the same way you can edit the footer under Footer custom post type. If you still can’t able to fix the issue means , we need your temporary login details . Then only we can check your site .

Your theme instructions are faulty. I have asked clear questions.

The footer code you provided doesn’t match your instructions in the details of the theme.

We don’t want you making changes on the site. We want CLEAR instructions, and we want your general instructions for the theme updated so they match the theme.

There’s no way to edit the bottom COPYWRITE and put black background and center it. Please respond with instructions ONLY.

We will work with this header. Be advised it doesn’t work correctly as well.

Your GENERAL theme instructions need to be updated in the docs for the theme.

1 ) OK , We will update our documentation , in our next update .

2 ) When we have checked your footer it seems you have edited the footer wrongly , because when we have checked your site copyright section row closed before the content – http://prntscr.com/mzbwxd in our demo – http://prntscr.com/mzbxa0

It is not our theme issue , so kindly once send your site temporary login so that we will check where you have done the mistake . And we will fix the issue . Without login we can’t move forward .

3 ) And the header also you have edited wrongly so that only it displays like that . It is not our theme or demo issue .

So , we have to view your backend then only we know where the issue occurred . We just asked your temporary login only , after we fixed the issue you can change the login immediately .

4 ) Submenu Issue : Get into Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste the below code ,

Header the SAME thing. You sent us the code. We don’t want you fixing things. WE want to fix things. ONLY if you agree to do NOTHING. We will create a login for you. You MUST AGREE TO DO NOTHING.

ONLY to tell us the issue. Send us your email and we will create login.
