theme does not load CSS files

Hi the theme works fine for a few days and then when ever you view the site on any browser or device it does not load al the css files so the page looks a mess, but as soon as I log in as admin it loads everthing just fine and this again is ok for a few days until it happends again

Hi I said in my first ticket it has been tried on multiple browsers and devices plus cash has been cleared on all

Server cash’s has been cleared as well

The site uses lite speed cache and even with this off it still happens
