Red Line on First Page

We are wondering whether it is possible to change the red line element in the middle of the first page of your Escoot theme. We are not able to find the parameters in the editor or the code.

May I ask you to just advise where in editor or the code can we change that (we just need the (sub)location of the code, you can show us on screenshot), as we would also like to learn that for the future.
