Pixelized pictures

Installed theme demo however all the pictures ale pixelized with not enough colors. Examples https://photos.app.goo.gl/t3Wdwt7PNWdr6bQG9

I’m guessing it must be setting of wordpress? Do you know what’s wrong or suggest troubleshooting steps ?
