Menu bar disappears

Hi, I have a problem with the menu bar, I installed the theme three times and all three times the same bug happened. As soon as I make a change to the header, the menu bar disappears and is no longer visible on the website.

Due to various reasons I have deleted the template and reinstalled again. The menu bar problem appears to have disappeared.

However, I ask for your support to arrange “Google Maps” in the “contacts” page.
I entered latitude and longitude, but I don’t know why it tells me “map not loaded correctly, see javascript console”.

Ok, I created my API key and I entered it as shown in the link, but the page still doesn’t load the google map.
