2) We have created the user login icon in the header. You can edit the icon as per your need.

3) To add the hamburger menu in the mobile version, kindly navigate to Header > Edit > Add Mega Menu instead of Menu > Responsive. There, you can make the changes as per your requirements.

Kindly navigate to the Header > Edit > There you can add the Mega Menu widget and add responsive to display the menu only on mobile devices. Also, the user can create a new account by navigating the above user icon on the header.
