How to Disable the Heritage Newsletter Pop-Up

Good morning everyone, I can’t find where to disable the mailing list subscription pop-up that appears as soon as you access the site.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: We have enabled the Popup template on the Home page, Header, and Footer pages. Kindly Navigate to Header/Footer.

Step 2: Select the desired header/footer.

Step 3: Edit it with Elementor.

Step 4: Locate the pop-up box with the “On-Load” trigger type only, as this will ensure the content appears whenever the site is opened.

Step 5: Go to Settings.

Step 6: Change the Trigger Type to External Class/External Id.

Step 7: Save Changes.

If you cannot locate the pop-up box on the Header/Footer pages, please check the Home pages as well.
