How to change background image and text on home page

I have been searching option to change text and image on home page and not not found any option, waste to much time

Can I get to the point solution to change big background image and grey color text, please check following link for details idea

Hi..,

Get into Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS > Paste the below css code inside the text area > Save All.
