Header Menu Color

I could not style the header color. I tried to change the theme colors to blue but still the header menu is in gold when hover over it. could you please tell me how to resolve the issue?

1) Navigate to the WordPress Dashboard, then go to “Header” and click “Edit with Elementor” Select the menu and change the color as per your requirements.

2) Please navigate to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add the following code to the textarea, and then change the color as per your requirements.

#header-wrapper #header:only-child .dt-no-header-builder-content, .dt-header-menu ul li ul, .mobile-menu, .mobile-menu>ul, .mobile-menu ul, .mobile-menu ul li ul {background: #9de9f1 !important;}

When I go to Header in the WP Dashboard and click the Header Template, I do not see any styling option.

Also when using the code does not change the text color in the header menu. It just change the background of the drop down menu

Note: Change the color code as per your requirement.
