Hello,

first visit website I getting, “our newstetter” pop up to register email. I dont have any pluging installer. I cannot find in WP settting where it can be disabled. Do you have any idea ?

1) Follow the instructions for Delete or disable the On-load Popup template:

Step 1) We have enabled the Popup template on the Home page, Header, and Footer pages. Kindly open the pages at the same.

Step 2) Search the Popup widget and check the trigger type in the settings if it is “On-Load”.

Step 3) Once found, you can delete it if you do not want it permanently. If you want to disable it temporarily, change the On-Load option to External ID and leave the ID field empty.

Note: Please execute it only for “On-Load” events, not “On-Click” popups.

2) To disable the suggested product popup: navigate to Appearance => Customize => Sheena
