Hi There.,
Kindly follow these steps to debug the 500 error:
some of the most common causes for the 500 error:
Not enough memory allocated to your website:
Elementor requires 128 MB (Minimum) memory to function properly. If your website includes other plugins, we recommend 512MB. It might be that the memory allocated to your website is not enough to support its needs which results in a 500 error.
Deactivate plugins:
Deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and Elementor Pro.
If the issue is resolved, start reactivating them one by one to find the plugin with the issue.
Kindly refer to this documentation on resolving the 500 error: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/
If the issue persists we need to investigate the issue from our end. Could you please reply with your WordPress and FTP login credentials so that we can investigate further and get back to you with a solution?
Kindly mark your reply as ‘Set as private’ in this forum so that your details are securely shared, allowing us to investigate the issue further.
