designthemes-framework plugin not working in AWS light sail hosting

Good Evening!!!

We have planned to go live website from development in AWS light sail hosting.

When active designthemes-framework plugin it’s not working entire website even we are unable to log in WordPress admin showing below error

We couldn’t attach the ppk file for authentication. Can you please share the exact credentials without any file it will be easy for us to check and resolve the issue.

Hi,

Since it’s AWS hosting we have an option only connect FTP via PPK file

We have tried the same way it’s working fine for us please check your FileZilla version

or please put the PPK file path directly like this: E:\Guna\2022\baskinnature\key files\baskinnature.ppk

(OR) please use another software https://winscp.net/eng/download.php to connect SFTP

If still not working can we connect via Anydesk to resolve this issue?

Can you please disable all the third party plugins one by one so that we can check if the fatal error is due to the external plugins that were installed in your site or not.

Via the WordPress admin dashboard you can deactivate plugins You can can whatever you want to troubleshoot the issue
