Demo installation issue

I would like to install the Demo theme for Aarogya using Unyson. But when I click to download Backup & Demo Content I am getting the following error screen:

Failed to access Github repository “ThemeFuse/Unyson-Backups-Extension” releases. (cURL error 7: )

please help me resolve this issue!

What are the requirements and can they be changed manually by myself or need to request server admin to change for me?

Are these the recommended settings for this theme?

PHP 7.2
Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time) should be at least 600 ( max_execution_time 600)
Maximum Input Vars (max_input_vars) should be at least 5000 ( max_input_vars 5000 )
Memory Limit (memory_limit) should be at least 256MB ( memory_limit 256M)
Post Maximum Size (post_max_size) should be at least 64MB ( post_max_size 64M )
Upload Maximum file size (upload_max_filesize) should be atleast 128MB (upload_max_filesize 128M)
