Cannot see Menu anymore after adding Header image,

I previously had an issue adding a Header image to the Adventor Theme. Eventually I was explained on how to add the image. Once I added it, the menu disappeared. I removed the image and the menu is still not there. I tried this on other demo pages that had the menu and the same thing happened. Please help me get the menu back. This is the only thing holding up getting this site completed.
