Cannot edit Header image

Hi,

I’m trying to change the header mages on the site, but I do not seem to have the ability and the documentation does not reflect the theme options I have in my customisation section.

Any advice on this please?

This doesn’t correspond to what I see in the dashboard and is of no use.

1 – It’s not a slider
2 – The header is not in the templates section
3 – Even if I go to edit the headers section in the dashboard, I still cannot edit the background image.

Please advice.
